Working in partnership with the client and architect, we provide guidance in developing a program that leads us to a successful facility. We provide concise explanations of the particularities of theatre design and technology, we promote an understanding of these unique systems and functions of the facility to the client and design team.

We then enter into a collaborative process with the architect to assist in the development of the facility's design with careful attention placed on spatial relationships, room shaping and technical theatrical systems integration with respect to the aesthetic, the program and financial goals.

We also participate in the interactive process with the design team for the integration of all the diverse building technical systems for a complete and coordinated building design. Our team produces complete theatrical systems design documentation, bid specifications and equipment costs through the design phases for a final bid package. Continuing through the construction phase, we provide construction oversight and guidance to contractors and equipment installers until the completion of the project.
